Needle Felt Carpet
“Needle felt” carpets are manufactured by needling loose layers of fiber together. This is a popular manufacture method with needle loom machine, which results in interlocking fibers, using barbed needles, to form an integrated texture.
Since the day of establishment in 1984, Zarif Mosavar (the parent company to Zarif Carpets) began needle felt manufacture in different categories such as printed, brocaded, embossed (carved) and needle punched. Also keeping along with the world trend, Zarif Carpets has manufactured carpet tiles with the needle felt top layer.
